Role encompassed all
areas of brewery operation and management which required
multi-tasking and problem solving on a daily basis in areas to do
with stock management, often in times which required improvisation
as well as trouble shooting issues with the maintenance and repair
of machinery and assorted equipment. Building relationships with
suppliers and organising a team of brewers in shift rotation.

IMMIGRATION – One month contract (January 2003)
Duties included
managing a number of properties in different locations, dealing with
newly arrived refugees with the aid of translators. Setting up
accommodation on arrival and sorting out care packages for the new
arrivals.

Duties included
organising wait staff, handling complaints, balancing the till
whilst managing a number of tables & double bookings.
